Five Money Making Apps

I hope everyone is enjoying the lovely summer weather we are having. Hopefully you are finding some time to relax in the garden, possibly scrolling on your phone aimlessly. What if you could be earning on your phone instead. I am going to show you some apps that you can use to earn a little money from your phone.

Swagbuck:

Is an app that has been around since 2008. You earn money by completing tasks, doing online surveys, referring friends and watching videos. The minimum payment is 20 euro and is paid into your paypal account.

Sweatcoin:

An app that pays you to walk? Yes this is it. There are many out there but was  one of  the first one’s. Simply turn it on before you go out for a walk or a run, it will record your steps and you earn coins that you can use to purchase gadgets and other things.

Honeygain:

If you want to earn money from your phone without lifting a finger, then this is your app. You will earn by sharing your unused internet bandwidth, so all you have to do to earn is to install it on your computer or mobile. It takes a bit of patience to earn but you also do not have to do anything at all – you do not even have to think about it and can just check your earnings once in a while.

Storewards:

This is one of my favorite. If you are a family who pop into the shops once or twice a week, then you may earn a decent amount from this. Enough to do your Christmas shop. All you need to do is scan your receipts, upload and receive points. You can also earn points through friend referrals and logging in daily for bonus points.

Nielsen Mobile and Computer App:

Imagine getting paid to watch TV. Well that is what this app does and you don’t even need to change your screen habits. Just watch what you want and get paid for doing so. You can earn up to $50 a year passively from this app but remember you are allowing your data to be recorded for research.

None of these apps will make you a millionaire. However, if you want to use your free time more productively, they are worth a look. I have tried and tested all of the above apps except the Nielsen Mobile and Computer App. The only two I will continue to use is Storewards and Honeygain. For the walking app, I would rather earn money from walking than points to waste on gadgets. So I may try some alternative apps. I find surveys time consuming for not a lot of payback, therefore it is important to weigh up time versus earning potential.

*this is just my personal view’s and research. I have no earning gain from sharing the above apps.
